Almbyträffen, Örebro (19.05.2013)

Öppen 8. A good run apart from no. 3 (found no. 4 first), a little off line between 4 and 5, and took a tumble and cracked some ribs just before no. 7. Stopped to check on another injured competitor between 7 and 8. Fastest split on the leg to 2! (Guess no one else ran the track...)
