The hilly stuff seemed to suit me best with my calf injury - could run downhill and on the flat, and would probably have had to walk up a lot of the hills anyway. My 2nd-best result of the week, 75th of 160 with 85:35 (winner 53:45) for an overall place (best 4 of the 6 results) of 100 of over 200 participants in M55L.

Pity to blow no. 1 (over 3 mins), since my only other error was a few seconds when I was wide at no. 10. My best splits were to 6, 7 and 8 and to 12 (10th fastest) and 13.
